Creating job search feeds

If you would like to create feeds to have job postings delivered to you, here is a wonderful article by Sara Paul, a law librarian at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in San Francisco. Sara did comment that the article was a couple years old, so some of the information might not be completely current. However, it is a great tutorial. Thanks, Sara!

  1. When I was looking for a job last month, I set up RSS feeds from library job posting websites using the feed aggregator called NewsGator. It saved me a lot of time and I really like NewsGator because you can download the application and synch it with the web-based version (so you can log on from any computer). It took me a few weeks of checking job sites individually to figure out what a time-saver this is–I wish I had been doing it from the beginning!
