An article in the WSJ earlier this week highlighted the differences in unemployment benefits between various states. “The differences highlight the inequities of the U.S. unemployment-insurance system, a complex patchwork of government programs guided by Washington but administered principally by the states.” An interactive map of unemployment benefits state by state accompanied the article.
