There’s an article in the WSJ today about the longer those that are without work are unemployed, the longer it takes them to find work and the more they lose hope. While I tried to maintain a positive attitude the entire time I was unemployed, I know that I have been lucky and I’ve tried not to take any opportunity given to me for granted.
However, I think this is the biggest thing this blog has taught me – through the commentators and reading articles like this: that sometimes a positive attitude isn’t enough. That it IS a long road for some of you. But I am thinking of you and hoping for you.
