Job Description: The Reference Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the Library department’s daily staffing and research assignments, train and supervise reference librarians and provide legal and non-legal research assistance to attorneys and paralegals. The Reference Services Supervisor will also conduct individual and classroom training in legal research resources and methodology.
Job Description: A Bachelor’s degree and M.L.S. or J.D with 5 years law firm library experience is required. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with attorneys, professional and administrative staff. Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, autonomy and independence. Must have excellent verbal, written and decision making skills. Ability to use sound judgment in resolving problems and be detail oriented.
